The 08 businessconnect 24hourSuperlambanana was sold for a fantastic £11,500, to local entrepreneur Tom Morris, founder of Home Bargains, who made it the 5th most expensive SLB! The guide price was £5000, but a reserve was placed of £8000. It then quickly escalated and was finally sold for an amazing £11,500.
Artist Debbie Ryan was delighted that her artwork was so well received.
The event raised over £550,000 and it was nice to say a last goodbye to the flock. Hopefully some of them may pop back up around the city again by the generous new owners.
