Cathedral Launch Assisted by 08 businessconnect
On Friday March 9th we celebrated the opening of a new visitor attraction at Liverpool Cathedral: 'The Great Space' film and audio tour - part of a £1 million investment in new visitor facilities which has been part funded by ERDF Objective One. O8 Business Connect carried our news story and then promoted a 'Free first Friday' to all its members. Just a visit sometime that day to see the 10 - minute widescreen panoramic film, built in our new theatre entitled the member a free family ticket for the whole audio tour, interactive exhibition areas and the music experience on the high Nave Bridge.
Not only did it bring business visitors to the Cathedral that day, but also it gave us the chance to show our corporate event facilities and generated extra brochure enquiries for private hires and group bookings.
Belonging to 08businessconnect has put us in touch with a wider public and definitely raised the profile of our enterprise activities which are so vital to the life and income generation needed for this landmark site in the city.
The project here is part of the jigsaw of developments across the city in preparation for 2008, and we are proud to be already on the board. To make a success of 2008 we need the mutual support and communication with every other piece!
