"08 businessconnect" is not open to persons under 18 years of age. In cases where you have authorised a minor to use the Products and Services, you recognise that you are fully responsible for:
a. The online conduct of the minor;
b. Controlling the minor’s access to and use of the Products and Services; and
c. The consequences of any misuse of the Products and Services or the 08 businessconnect website by the minor;
5. Member and User Conduct
